Meet Dr. Choi

Dr. Seonah Choi believes chiropractic care should be more than a quick adjustment. Every patient moves differently, has a different posture, and has a different story. That’s why care at ReAlign begins with a thorough evaluation.

By looking at posture, movement, orthopedic and neurological findings, and X-rays when appropriate, Dr. Choi develops a personalized plan based on each patient’s individual needs.

Her approach may combine chiropractic adjustments, corrective exercises, and spinal traction to address both how the body moves and how the spine is aligned.

From Movement to Chiropractic

Long before Dr. Seonah Choi became a chiropractor, movement was already a major part of her life. From a young age, she trained in ballet, Korean dance, and modern dance, developing a deep appreciation for the precision of human movement.

Her interest in the body became personal through injuries of her own. Chiropractic care not only helped her recover, but also sparked her curiosity about movement, healing, and performance.

A severe back injury eventually ended her ballet career and changed the direction of her life. While studying chemical engineering at Georgia Tech, she discovered a new path that brought together her background in movement with her interest in science and healing. That path eventually led her to Life University, where she earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree, graduating Magna Cum Laude.

Movement Shapes the Way She Practices

Dr. Choi believes corrective care should be based on each patient’s individual findings—not a one-size-fits-all approach.

At ReAlign, X-rays and clinical findings help guide a personalized corrective plan.

Care may combine chiropractic adjustments, corrective exercises, and spinal traction, customized to each patient’s needs.
